Our fitness reformer class is a 45 minute classic reformer pilates class with a little bit extra. It is a low impact, dynamic, small group class that incorporates elements of cardio, strength training and flexibility. It aims to strengthen, lengthen and lean out the entire body whilst building core stability, flexibility and balance. You can expect the heart rate to rise, the muscles to burn and to have fun.
Our mat Pilates class is a 45 minute full body workout. Incorporating props such as rings, weights and toning balls, the session is designed to activate and strengthen your core muscles. Like our reformer classes, this class aims to strengthen, lengthen and lean out the entire body whilst building core stability, flexibility and balance.
