With 20 years experience in private practice & sporting settings, James is also a registered acupuncturist who trained under Professor Li Kai Zhu. He is dedicated to the holistic management of complex chronic spinal, pelvic, hip and knee issues.

Discovering her love for yoga 18 years ago and having trained under yoga guru Baron Baptiste, Keran focuses on strength and balance, and has a passion for promoting alignment and building core strength.

Bri loves to tailor her sessions to specific areas that clients request, making UPG Studio’s intimate class sizes perfect for her style of teaching. She aims to share enjoyable classes that work to improve strength, stability and flexibility.

With a Bachelor degree in Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University and Pilates training (Balance Control) Erin loves that Pilates strengthens and conditions the body, and that people of all ages and physical backgrounds can benefit from it.

Having learnt and practiced in ashrams in India, Annabel has a deep fascination for yogic history, pranayama and asanas. She maintains a traditional teaching style while incorporating initiative transitions.
