Founder, Managing Director
With 20 years experience in private practice & sporting settings, James is also a registered acupuncturist who trained under Professor Li Kai Zhu. He is dedicated to the holistic management of complex chronic spinal, pelvic, hip and knee issues.
With a Bachelor degree in Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University and Pilates training (Balance Control) Erin loves that Pilates strengthens and conditions the body, and that people of all ages and physical backgrounds can benefit from it.
Annabel’s passion for yoga blossomed after she immersed herself in traditional yogic practices at ashrams and training centres in India. Annabel has a deep fascination for yogic history, pranayama and asanas, and considers herself an eternal student. She maintains a traditional teaching style while incorporating initiative transitions. She hopes everyone leaves her classes feeling supported and blissful.
With extensive experience in musculoskeletal conditions across all demographics and age groups, Elliot can assist with a whole list of conditions such as chronic pain management, back/neck pain, sports injuries and much more.
Discovering her love for yoga 18 years ago and having trained under yoga guru Baron Baptiste, Keran focuses on strength and balance, and has a passion for promoting proper alignment and building core strength.
Miron’s greatest enjoyment comes from helping his clients to achieve their goals, empower them to move & feel better, through a holistic approach. He specialises in treating sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, spinal conditions, shoulder, knee, foot & ankle problems with a passion in chronic pain management.
Bri moved to Melbourne at the start of this year and has always been passionate about Pilates. She says that to be able to teach with such breathtaking views of the city is an all time high for her! The small classes allow Bri to tailor the sessions to specific areas that clients request. She aims to share enjoyable classes that work to improve strength, stability and flexibility.
